Norman has comprehensive operational and management consulting experience in the energy industry. He spent over 30 years in various positions and locations in the downstream oil business of Royal Dutch Shell and EY. Norman has extensive exposure to strategic marketing planning, project investment and evaluation analysis, and participates in strategic internal and external studies. He is well versed in the Retailing sector specifically on Project Evaluation, Investment analysis and Strategic Sales/Marketing planning.
Norman is a B.Com (Economics), University of South Africa (Unisa) graduate and holds a post graduate Managerial Advancement (MAP) qualification from the Witwatersrand Business School (WBS)
